Each year, the Belfort International Film Festival, by its very vocation, takes a considerable risk: to seek out, find and present works by filmmakers who are as yet unknown, or almost. The festival includes feature films and short films, the first, second or third works by new talent, fictions and documentaries by French and foreign filmmakers.
