Combination of a typical regional fruit, produce of our mountains, with a touch of gin, just enough to bring out a sparkling flavour. Our latest creation among the regional specialities in the Territoire de Belfort, the Brimbul' is a stylish aperitif proposed by 13 artisans, restaurants and caterers (the list can be obtained on request from the Tourist Office in Belfort) who have placed their product under a charter of quality. Served in a 12-cl flute, the Brimbul' was launched on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Eurockéennes (music festival).
