It's been almost nine years now since our pancake restaurant "Angelus" first opened its doors in Auxelles-Haut. We transformed the barn of our old farm into a friendly place, where around thirty guests can be seated. The decor is traditional taken from scenes of country life painted by Jean-François Millet.
In winter we propose snowshoe rentals allowing guests to discover the beauty of our village covered in snow. In summer, our terrace offers a panoramIc view of the Berne-side of the Jura.

"Vosgienne" crêpe (bacon, raclette cheese, tomatoes, onions)
"Forêt noire" crêpe (hot chocolate, Amarena cherries, chantilly cream)
Crêpe flambée (banana and rum flambé)
Open every day in summer.
Open at lunchtime for guests with prior booking.
Open from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Closed on Wednesday.
Annual closure from 15/10/2006 to 01/10/2006.
