Marc, warming the heart of the Jura
The wine-growers of bygone days considered Marc du Jura, which is at least 50° proof, but which mellows as it ages in its barrels, as a “heart warmer”.
Its aromas and flavours of dried fruits are particularly welcome at the end of a meal.
