- Day 1:
Reception at the hotel, dinner and night.
- Day 2:
Visit of the tuyé at a traditional meat smoking farm and an absinthe distillery. Gourmet lunch.
Tour of the Reserve House the Museum of the flora and fauna of Upper Doubs. Dinner and overnight accommodation at the hotel.
- Day 3:
Visit to a cheese dairy.
Gourmet lunch in Malbuisson.
