Friday : 
Arrival for dinner and night at the hotel.

Saturday  :
Breakfast.
9.00 a.m.: tour of the Mont d’Or Cheese Dairy at Métabief, where you will see regional cheeses being produced.
End of the morning free, for you to enjoy a walk.
Lunch at your convenience.
3 pm: visit of the Reserve Centre at Labergement-Ste-Marie. This natural history museum will teach you everything about the precious natural habitats of Upper Doubs, and is the mirror of our region and the men and women who manage it. Discover the exhibitions on the flora and fauna of Upper Doubs, in an atmosphere which itself is very 'nature'.
Dinner and overnight accommodation in hotel.

Sunday :
Breakfast.
10 a.m.: Tour of the Château de Joux. The ten centuries of history on display in this 2-hectare fortress, first built in 1034, clearly demonstrate the ways in which defence techniques have changed. A museum with a rich collection of 18^th and 19^th century weaponry, with some very rare pieces, will be a perfect finish to the visit. 
Lunch at your convenience.
End of the week-end.
